XSA is teaming up with Bearly Training Company to offer Live Fire Medical Applications in Escondido May 24, 2025.
This advanced Tactical Combat Medical Response course is designed for those who want to develop life saving medical skills under real-world stress—including live-fire scenarios. This course in immersive: You will be addressing Hollywood quality wounds and causalities to add to the reality of your scenarios. This course bridges the gap between tactical shooting and emergency medical care, preparing students to treat casualties while engaging threats and operating in high-risk environments.
What You’ll Learn:
• Live-fire medical drills – treating injuries while returning fire and maintaining situational awareness
• Tourniquet application, wound packing, and airway management under direct threat
• Casualty extraction techniques under fire, including one-man and team-based movements
• Stress inoculation training – decision-making under simulated combat pressure
• Ballistic wound care – recognizing and managing gunshot wounds in real time
• Use of cover and concealment while providing lifesaving aid
This course is physically and mentally demanding and is not for beginners. Students should have a solid foundation in firearms safety and marksmanship before enrolling. Prior medical training is recommended but not required.

If a student withdraws from the course less than one (1) month before to the start date, a 20% processing fee will be deducted from his/her refunded fee.
